Hello,

I am using OOo 1.9.122 on Windows XP SP2

When opening a document, the browse window displays all file types by default.

I'd like to suggest that if you are opening from writer, for example. The
defualt file type should match the filetype selected in the "save all files as"
section in Tools>Options>Load/Save area.
So that for example only *.doc files are shown. This would make it easier for
low level users to browse for their files.

Same suggestion applies for Calc, Base, ect...

Thanks
