cd->atr: Checked installation sets and performance is dramatically better. You
can read more information in the private mail you have got from OF. You have to
be sure that the user directory is on a network drive (in our scenario H:).
Please keep in mind that the patch overwrites the bootstrap.ini file!!! You also
have to copy the perftune.ini file (see attachment) to the program directory.
