------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Sun Sep 18 13:16:39 -0700 2005 ------- In a big spreadsheet, it is useful to see the number of filtered rows on the status bar after applying autofilter. I am a long time Excel user and this is one of the features I would like to see in Calc. It should work in a way that everytime you apply an auto filter, the new number of selected rows should be indicated on the status bar in a format like this: "29 of 2300 cases/rows". It should refresh when a second, third, fourth auto filter is applied from different columns.
