The setting of the page orientation within the application is the winner, in
this case protrait.
And it's not a bug! Just works as designed. 
You should also see, that the printer property is switched back to portrait
although you've set it to landscape.
- point a: is not reproducible for me.
- point b: just keep the settings for width and height but change the page
orientation from portrait to landscape and you should be happy.

I'll close it as worksfore in cause of not defect.
