------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Tue Sep 20 04:01:43 -0700 2005 ------- Discovered this with OpenOffice.org 2 beta 2 on Windows XP and Debian GNU/Linux. Enter a value with an alphabetic part and a numeric part such as "AC711111111111" into a cell, then copy it to the one below. Select both cells and drag the handle to the cells below. This should copy the same value to the cells below, but if the numeric part of the value is greater than about 2^31, data is clipped. I found that the problem occurs with numeric parts with values 2^31 and over. Interestingly 2^31 - 1 behaves specially, such that dragging to duplicate the columns' values causes all but the first cell to be cleared! The columns do not have a particular format set, however when the format is set to "Text" (format string of "@"), the problem does not manifest. I will attach a file demonstrating the problem. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
