2005 -------
In US, they use 'Thousand Separator' which is #,###,##0.00. But in India, for
the first three digit, we use thousand separator and then we use hundred
separator. So, it would be like Rs. 1,23,456.78. So, I tried to create a
user-defined format with #,##,##,##0.00. But everytime I save the user defined
format, it changes itself to ##,###,##0.00 and hence I am not able to format in
the way we typically use.
