Body text is styled with the style "Text body" in 11pt Palatino (on Windows) and Hyphenation under Text Flow set to Auto with 4 chars at line end and 4 Chars at line begin (Shouldn't that be "Beginning" or "Start"?) PDF shows an entirely different issue here. The page break after the Foreword leaves an empty page before the Introduction.
