Interface could be recycled from the Writer's "Format>Page: Columns" Tab. I'd think "Format>Page..." would be the most logical place to add it. (See mockup at URL) Reasoning: Let's say I have a large amount of data, but a small number of columns. To save paper and make scanning data easier, it's nice to have a "multi-column" layout of the data on a single page.
