------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Thu Sep 22 08:43:39 -0700 2005 ------- Can the Table of Contents and other indexes have their page numbers match the actual pages of the document where the referenced information is located? Example: When creating a manual there is a cover page, blank page, Table of Contents, then the rest of the manual. Cover page, blank page and Table of Contents do not have a page number. Page numbering starts at the beginning of the rest of the manual. Table of Contents page numbers are off by the number of pages which make up the Cover page, blank page and Table of Contents.
