------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Fri Sep 23 01:05:01 -0700 2005 ------- Sorry, for the late answer, i was on vacation. > If your macro cannot overwrite the file because it's locked (in use), > then most probably also actions like renaming the file (in the explorer) fail. > Could you please try this. I can delete and overwrite the file in Windows. This is one reason because i made a issue. > Here it becomes fuzzy :). I did this, and did not have any problem with the > .ods > file. So I assume you're still doing something differently. Ok, then more details. Press "STRG+F2" to insert a field. Go to Registercard "Database" Fieldtype: Serial-print-field On the right side you see your registered datasources. Choose this one you created before. Now you see the individual dataset of the database. Choose one of them and click "insert". Close the dialog. Now run the macro and a error occurs. In my opinion the click on the registered database opens a connection to it. But if i had insered the field-command the connection had to be closed, but it not seems to be closed. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
