So status -> NEW All OS because also in WIN XP. Steps to reproduce: 1. open 'testfile.ods' cursor should be in cell C11 2. move dursor up by cursor keys to C1 when you reach C1, scroll slider increases to 100% of scrollbar size and can no longer be moved by mousepointer.
