But I don't see why this makes the current solution unusable for 2.0 ? Without the fondu support you will see no high quality fonts at all ! Just the few X11 fonts and Bitstream Vera, which is a really poor replacement for Times Roman, which it actually should be. Anyway, if the user installs new fonts they will not be availabe to OOo, regardless if we ship a simple fondu support or not.
