It says that there is another issue, which handles the problem. If several people report the same problem, only one of the issues it hold to track it and the others are closed duplicate. You have to look at the referenced issue, to see the state. In your case issue 4925 is set to "OOo later", which means, that Version 2.0 will not deal with it. If the problem is very important to you, you should vote on issue 4925.
