------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Mon Sep 26 15:07:42 -0700 2005 ------- I am working with version 109 on one NT box, and version 125 on another NT box. This problem occurred in both cases. The documents in question are 2,000- 3,000 KB in size and have various images, some from Visio others pasted from MS Paint. In either case, if you watch the list of processes in the task manager when you save the document, you will notice that a sepparate instance of Visio.exe (or MS Paint depending on source of image) is created for each image in the document. I figure the long save time has to be due to these images because the same does not always occur when pasting images. Any ideas on what could be happening or possibly a way to fix this problem. We're talking at least 1 minute of waiting for the file to load up.
