------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Tue Sep 27 03:27:52 -0700 2005 ------- The file I was trying to insert has extension .dat, following the procedure I said in my first message: - right click on the sheet tab, select "insert sheet" - select "From File" - click "Browse ..." - select file (with .dat extension) - click "Insert" the available sheets list is empty. FWIW, it worked changing the extension to txt. Still the behaviour is unexpected, as it used to work regardless of the file extension, and I usually prefer saving data files with extension .dat. Is tha extension reserved for some reason? Thanks for your help and sorry if the issue was trivial.
