The resulting file became a bit smaller. (Please remind to start recording changes next time - I forgot it) - I tried to update the TOC with links: If you click on an entry, it jumps to the appropriate header. Therefore I had to change your custom headers to the official ones - I hope I adopted all the styling features. - I exported the PDF with tabbed PDF option: Now you can navigate using the headlines as tabs.
