Use OpenOffice.org Base to "Connect to an existing database: Spreadsheet" to connect to the Calc file (database_1). 3. Use OpenOffice.org Base to create another database (database_2). 4. With both databases open and their tables pane showing, drag the a table (sheet1) from database_1 and drop it into the tables icon of database_2. 5. Change a feld entry of the spreadsheet. 6. Save and close spreadsheet, database_1, and database_2. 7. Open database_1 then open sheet1. 8. The field entry in sheet1 of database_1 is updated. 9. Open database_2 then open sheet1. 10.
