------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Fri Sep 30 00:24:35 -0700 2005 ------- An object in AutoCAD is marked and copied to the clipboard using Ctrl-C. The object is pasted into an MS Excel document using Ctrl-V. The Excel document is saved with the default ending .xls. The Excel document is opened in OOo Calc by double-clicking the document in Windows Explorer. OOo is launched because the ending .xls is assigned to OOo. The images in the embedded OLE objects are now much smaller than in the Excel document. The objects themselves are the same size, but the images are tiny. That is, the white space around them is much larger. When embedding the objects directly from AutoCAD into Calc, there is no problem, but we have hundreds of existing Excel documents to convert. It would be better to have used GIF images than embedded OLE objects, but we have hundreds of existing spreadsheets with OLE objects. Versions used (all German versions): AutoCAD 2005 Microsoft Excel 2000 (9.0.6926 SP-3) OpenOffice.org 2.0 (1.9.125) Microsoft Windows XP Professional Version 2002 Service Pack 2 --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
