And further it seams to be a problem of the localized version of this file. a) All Calc filters exists and are useable. You can open calc documents without problems. b) All calc filters will be shown within the FileSave dialog and you can define a default filter inside "Tools-Options-Load/Save General". The difference between FileOpen and FileSave dialog is the mentioned UI.xcu file. There is a special feature of the FileOpen dialog. Against the filters we show filter- groups e.g. "StarCalc 3.0 - 5.0". And these groups are defined inside the UI.xcu file. Further the code is written in the way, that an exception will be catched and ignored ! Fallback handling cant be done then, because the fallback handling has to be done at the place where the exception was thrown ...
