<SwHistory::TmpRollback(..)>, which is called by <SwUndoInserts::Undo(..)>

The picture is anchored at the *last* paragraph of the document. The paste of a
couple of paragraph doesn't change this - it remains being anchored at the last
paragraph. Thus, it moves this the last paragraph. If you only pasting some text
(no paragraphs), the text is inserted into the last paragraph and thus the
picture doesn't move.
