Whenever I'm using a spreadsheet as data source for the word processor I don't see updates on the spread at the word proc., even if I close both and reopen the word processor. By accident I've figured out that the word processor process does not kill itself after closing it! I'm using the TaskManager of my XP. Strangely there is no task anymore, but the process is still alive. (I don't use the fast starter) If I'm killing this process by hand and reopen the word processor afterwards I see all changes of the spread in the word proc. So, this helps.
