------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Fri Oct 7 08:26:08 -0700 2005 ------- I was able to reproduce this in a slightly different way: 1. create an empty spreadsheet 2. select a range of cells; default format = Arial 10pt; change to 8 pt 3. open a CSV file w/numbers (I've attached one) 4. copy a few cells, paste into 1st sheet; format will be 10pt. In the initial example I gave, a difference is that the sheet receiving the paste is an xls file.
