I use dictation with my headset with openoffice.org using microsoft's default
dictation program (that comes with windows). The thing is, I'm from Australia
and we spell colour with a U in it, but Microsoft's dictation thing spells it
without a U in it (same with favourite), so I thought that I could set up the
auto correct function to fix it, I added the entries but it doesn't autocorrect.
In a blank document I dictate "My favourite colour is yellow" and it appears as
"My favorite color is yellow". No matter how many times i right click and say
auto correct to colour and favourite, they still come out without the U. Is
there a way to solve this?
