Thanks for that - you are right. That is a change in behaviour, and I accept 
that it is designed.

However, I doubt that it will be desired by ordinary users since it is 
behaviour different from  Word and previous versions of OOo.

I think you're just confused about the new context-sensitivity of the
right-click menu.

You have to point the mouse over the selected area in OOo 2.0 to get the
context-menu for the whole selection. If you point outside of the selection and
right-click, then it will be only applied to the stuff that was under the cursor
when clicking - in your case only one paragraph.

If this is not the case, then please give a more detailed explanation, attach a
sample document or screenshots.
