Thanks for the extra information.
I cannot reproduce this error in OOo 1.1.5 on WinXP SP2. However that isn't
very surprising, as this is an interaction with the underlying file system and
probably needs to be tested on the same OS that you are using to confirm that
it's an issue.
I'll mark the issue with a request for help from someone else in the QA team who
has the correct OS setup.
However, 1.1.3 is an old version of OOo; the current stable version is 1.1.5.
Can I suggest that you upgrade to the current version and see if that helps?
