the cell, maybe formatting the cell then inserting the note should
not cause the resizing arrows to vanish on the inserted note.
This bug is 100% reproducible.

I don't understand, why you select a cell with the right mouse
button making
visible or inserting a note. If you do this with the left mouse
button there is
no problem.

'Submit Query'.
To send attachments regarding issues, please attach the file directly
to the issue. Use the link "Create a new attachment" on the issue and
then select Binary file (application/octet-stream) where asked, "What
kind of file is this?" if your file's type does not show in the list.
