The problem can be reproduced the following way:

- open document A
- open document B in another window
- mark any element of document B (textbox, graphics, etc.) and copy it to
clipboard
- paste it to document A
- result: nothing happens

I've found that there is a workaround for this:

- mark element in document B and copy it to clipboard
- paste it into a Writer document
- copy it from the writer document and paste it to document A
- result: element is copied, *but* if copying a group of elements (multiple
textboxes and shapes), it is pasted as one single element

I've only verified this behaviour on Linux x86 with OpenOffice.org 2.0.0rc2,
I'll try to reproduce it on my Mac later.

Thanks for looking into this problem!

Christian
