That's not an P1 issue. Please read the description of 'priority' on the left
side of the field.
In OOo it is impossible to calculate parts of a range. You must always calculate
the whole range-reference.
I think, it is the same problem as with named cells in issue 4904, but I'm not
sure. So I will set this to feature request and a developer should decide.
