------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Tue Oct 11 10:06:49 -0700 2005 ------- Hi, When you want to refer to a title (for its text, page ou numbering), with a field in MS Word, you just select the title in a list (the titles are known by their style) and choose the element to refer. OOo knows perfectly too where the titles are thanks to their styles, but it does not provide them for selection in the field dialog (second tab, second frame) so that you have to: 1/ move to the title 2/ ctrl+F2[2] create a reference on the title and (second trip in ctrl+F2) 3/ move to the point where to insert the reference 2/ ctrl+F2[2] chose the reference (now displayed in the frame 'selection'), insere the element to refer to (text/page/numb) ...a very heavy procedure, and very annoying for those who handle big documents. It seems easy to fix and get OOo face up to Word on this question.
