FME->mbraams: Only the first email address (which is a link in the Writer
document) is exported as link to the pdf file. The second one is exported as
plain text, because it *is* plain text. But there is a feature in Acrobat 7,
that tries to automatically detect email addresses in plain text. Unfortunately
this does not work as expected with email addresses containing dots. So this is
a bug in Acrobat 7.
