HDU->SSA: The difference between the UNX and WIN platforms is that on UNX the
*SalPrinter::StartPage() method explicitly calls SalGraphics::SetLayout() to
disable mirroring. The deeper issue is that SalGraphics constructor always sets
the mirrored layout mode even for printers in RTL environment... I don't think
it s is a good idea to do it like this.

Fixing it for this issue is easy but I'm afraid there are more subtle problems
like that.
