sj->aw: Sorry, with i40320 I already fixed this issue, so it does not happen
anymore. (I tested this in src680m76). But the resolution of the extrusion
object in the created pdf document is very small, this should probably be fixed.
Since there is no gpf I will change the title, target and priority.
