There is an issue here and it is the setting of the values that OpenOffice 2.0
starts with.
I was using the values that OpenOffice2.0 came with when I got this result.
The start values need to be changed so there is no check mark on "Field Names"
otherwise lots of other people will have the same problem.
The problem is fixed when the check mark from "Field Names" is removed, but
most users do not want a check mark on "field names"
I recommend: remove check mark from "Field Names" on future releases of
OpenOffice 2.0
