After using the "Tools/Outline Numbering function" inserting new chapters gets
weird.

Example:
- "File/New Text Document"
- Enter a paragraph with text "A Heading". Assign "Heading 1" Style.
- Enter a paragraph with tetx "Another Heading". Assign "Heading 1" Style.
- Select "Tools/Outline Numbering". Enter "1, 2, 3" as "Number" and "." as
"separator after".
- Place the cursor at the end of the "A Heading" paragraph
- Hinter "Enter"
- Writer will insert a new paragraph with style "Text Body" (correct) but start
some kind of enumeration (not correct) that even changes the number for the
second heading.

I've disabled all options for "Autocorrect" that might have something to do with
this.
