I guess Open Office "does the right thing" for now by laying out the heading in the Navigator AND PDF OUPUT according to level. I hope You understand my concern from the sample document, there needs to be a way to have alternative 1ST LEVEL headings such as Appendices. Gauged from "show level"? I'll leave it to the Pros.
