Also searching for "delning", you also find it used for splitting and sharing, depending on circumstance. In technicaland building drawing you often see the short form "c-c" for center- to-center distance. In do-it-yourself manuals "c-c avstånd" (c-c distance) or "c-c mått" (c-c measure) I think this is used this way in several languages. "Centrumavstånd" is a more common and less ambigous form better suitable for flowing text. In plain english this mean center distance.
