If I open the file using File/Open then once the file is open the View/HTML Source menu item exists. However, if I open the file using File/Recent Documents once the file is open the View/HTML Source menu item does not exist. I posted this on OOoForum.org and was directed to a thread where others were talking about having the same problem (http://www.oooforum.org/forum/viewtopic.phtml?t=25213). I looked for a corresponding bug filed here, but didn't see one.
