Reproduce step: 1. click "Reports" and ""Use Wizard to create Report..." 2. select existing table 3. move fields to 'fileds in report' 4. click 'Next' button repeatedly, Then 4th click of Next should show '5. Choose Layout' pane, but Wizard dialog still shows '4. Sort Options'. Next click moves to '6. Save report'. Back button moves to '5.
