2005 -------
I imported a large (180 meg) .ppt file to openoffice v1.??. I then saved it as a
.sxi file and it worked fine. Now I got a new computer and installed openoffice
v2.0. Everything in the design mode works fine. When I press F5 the presentation
worked slowly for about 5 to 10 seconds. Then the computer does a hard crash
(reliably) and reboots. When it starts up windows error reporting says that the
ATI graphics card had a generic error. I have the ATI Radeon Express 200 Series
with driver version 6.14.10.6553.
Should I also report this bug to them (ATI)?
If any more information is needed please contact me.
