They are now in testing stage, will be next localized build. I expect end of testing in about one week. You can already prepare the Czech Republic entry in combo box. But I still think, that the number of templates will grow exponentially. After the OOo will be localized into 100 languages, there will be 10.000 variants of language X localization and 10 templates per variant.
