This problem is probably caused by conflicting translation of both "Heading" and
"Header" to "Pääotsikko", causing the corruption of style inheritance hierarchy.
Styles originally under Heading and moved under Header, and therefore the
formatting changes.
This occurs also when loading OOo 2.0 (odt) documents written with English OOo.
It is also possible that this causes some of the crashes that I have been
experiencing with the paragraph style dialog, especially when changing the style
organization.
I have fixed the conflicting translations and will see if the problem still
occurs in m135 or m136.
