If you don't want to download the entire source, you will find the files
mentioned in the CVS repository, which besides using cvs directly is
also accessible by http, the URL of the directory mentioned would be
http://l10n.openoffice.org/source/browse/l10n/i18npool/source/localedata/data/
just that currently the website is too slow to deliver the files.. I'll
attach them to this issue for convenience.
