------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Thu Oct 27 12:17:01 -0700 2005 ------- The following steps created this anomoly in version 2.0.0: In new database, use Personal Address Wizard. Select LastName, FirstName, SpouseName, Address, City, StateorProvince, PostalCode, CounrtyorRegion, PhoneNumber, MobileNumber, EmailAddress, Notes, DateUpdated. On the next screen, use the + button to add another field. Name field "Deceased", type Boolean, Required "Yes", Default "No" (no quotes in values). On next screen automatically add a primary key and check auto value. On the next screen, select Modify table design. Deceased field is called Field here. Change it to Deceased and Save it. Go to Forms section and select Create form using Wizard.
