2005 -------
I have a mail document that I routinely use in 1.1.4 to mailmerge. The document
contains 730 mail merge fields. When I attempt to mailmerge this document in
2.0 the program uses over 1 GB of swap and all of the CPU and never finishes.
This is on a mail merge of just 1 record!

I'm running SUSE 9.3, 512 Ram 1.2 GB swap Pentium 4 2.8 Ghz

I routinely use this file in 1.1.4 to merge 300 records. The normal performance
is about 7 seconds per record.

I can merge a 78 field document OK.

I can send the document and sample data if you need it.

On the issue tracker. I think you need a Subcomponent called mailmerge. I
wasn't really sure where to catorize this, but since nothing prints I chose
printing.
