2005 -------
Reproduce Steps:
1. click [Use Wizard to Create Table] in [Databse] pane
2. select [Projects] in [Sample tables]
3. move [Employee], [ProjectName] and [ProjctDescription] from [Available 
fields] to [Selected fields]
4. click [Next]
5. click [+] and change name [untitled] to Note in native language
6. click [Finish]
7. close Projects table window

Expected Result:
- all of messages in dialogs are translated correctly
- all entered string displayed correctly

Actual Result:
the name of the new field added in step 5 can not be changed by entering words 
in the Field name and the other fields'name also can not be changed.
