I encountered this problem when I turned off my extended desktop (using a
dual-monitor configuration). When invoking the Edit Paragraph Style dialog
(from context menu or F11 style selector), the dialog appears offscreen.

At first the program appeared to have suddenly frozen. To confirm that a dialog
had appeared, clicks on the main window were unresponsive except to move or
resize the window. Then using Alt + Spacebar | Move, I managed to relocate the
dialog.

This problem occurred in the Word processor, but I assume it could also appear
in any other component that saves the last coordinates of the dialog.
