Reviewing a modified document with revision marks is not easy because the user 
must open the modeless dialog box for revisions. MS Word offers a view mode 
where the modifications are shown in the side of the document. This is far 
more easier to read, and even to use for accepting and rejecting modifications 
(in conjunction with a revision toolbar). This lacks in OO. 
 
Moreover, the comments added in the text are only visible by double-clicking 
on the small yellow box in the text. Sometimes, the document is not annotated, 
but heavily commented, and showing comments in the same way as Word (still on 
the side of the document) may be very convenient. 
 
Please note that existing dialogs should remain, because they enable browsing 
for a specific comment/revision: the two way of doing things are 
complementary. Their UI could be better for this usage btw.
