TCM [109260]

After entering a date in a cell, choose format==>cell, and select a date format
that requires Chinese characters.

Expectation: Show correct date.
Result: Show something like "###"
Note: The format is actually changed correctly. However, font is set to nothing
(it was Arial or other defaults before change, but it's nothing after the
reformating)
