Hhhmmm,

checked it again and yes I've downloaded the files before opening. All cells
doubleclicked opened in Edit mode, so no differrence to my first tries. But now
I've tried to input a number and get a warning.

This warning comes from an activated validity check with broken reference. This
is not a bug from OOo as Excel itself shows this broken reference. The problem
is just that Calc will handle the validity check basicall yand Excel stops
checking on that. So this Issue is invalid as it's not a bug. To resolve your
problem, you can either adjust the reference for the validity checking or remove
this check permanently.
