Also the legacy binfilter code always assumed the ULONG being 32-bit. As for the naming of Svsal_uInt32Table, I too think that it is ugly. Furthermore, as the use of that type is only intended in the context of the number formatter for the specific case of a table of mapping of indices, I suggest the name SvNumberFormatterIndexTable instead.
